We work at the intersection between semantic technologies and data science with a strong focus in biomedical and life sciences applications. Our goal is to help turn data, of which we have more and more each day, into meaningful and purposeful knowledge. We strive for high-quality research with an impact in health and the environment. Our work is aligned with two Research Lines of Excellence at LASIGE: Health & Biomedical Informatics and Data and Systems Intelligence.
